Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

This policy explains what Luvira collects when you visit this website or use the service, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you are a client of a salon or studio that uses Luvira, please also read the section “If you book with a business that uses Luvira”.

Who is responsible

Luvira is operated by Luviverse LLC, mailing address 1430 Gadsden Highway, STE 116 UNIT 2619, Birmingham, AL 35235. Questions about this policy or your data go to support@luvira.io.

What we collect from businesses, and why

  • Account data: your name, email address, business name and address, and the details of your team members you invite. We need them to run your account.
  • Billing: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage and logs: technical logs needed to keep the service secure and to fix errors.
  • Support: what you write to us, so we can answer.

If you book with a business that uses Luvira

When you book an appointment, sign a form or call a salon or studio that uses Luvira, that business decides what is collected and why — it is responsible for your information. We store and process it on the business’s behalf as its service provider, only to provide Luvira to it. This can include:

  • your name, phone number, email address and appointment history;
  • notes the business keeps about your treatments;
  • consent forms you sign, including your signature;
  • photos the business takes for your treatment record, if you agree to them;
  • deposits or payments you make, which go directly to the business through Stripe.

To see, correct or delete this information, contact the business you booked with. If you contact us, we will pass your request on to that business. We do not sell this information and do not use it for our own marketing.

Booking emails

When you book, we send the confirmation and, if the business uses them, appointment reminders on the business’s behalf. These are service messages about your appointment, not advertising.

Deposits and payments

Deposits and payments for appointments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the business’s own Stripe account. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy; Luvira only learns whether the payment succeeded.

Treatment photos and consent forms

Treatment photos are stored in a private storage area that is not publicly reachable. They are shown only to signed-in members of the business’s team, through links that expire after a short time. Signed consent forms are kept in the business’s client records. The business can delete both at any time.

AI phone assistant

Some businesses let an automated assistant answer their phone. When you call such a business, your voice is converted to text, the text is processed by an AI model to understand your request, and the answer is spoken back to you. These steps run through our AI service provider (Google). A transcript and a summary of the call, with the details you give (for example your name, callback number and preferred appointment), are stored for the business.

Websites we host for businesses

If a business’s website runs on Luvira, we count visits to it for the business’s statistics without cookies: we form a daily identifier from the network address and browser details, keep only that identifier, the page, the referring site and the device type, and never store the IP address itself. Counting data is deleted after 14 calendar months. Where the business’s market requires consent, page-speed measurements only run after you allow statistics in the banner on that website.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.
  • We do not use the data businesses store in Luvira about their clients for our own purposes.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on luvira.io.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting and databases, file storage, sending email, payments (Stripe), telephony and AI (Google). They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide the service; data may be processed in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while the account is active. When a business closes its account, we delete its data and its clients’ data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices. While the account is active, the business decides how long it keeps its clients’ records.

Your US privacy rights

Depending on where you live — for example California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas or Oregon — you may have the right to:

  • know which personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we use sensitive personal information (such as treatment notes or photos stored by a business) only to provide the service. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. For information we hold about you as a Luvira customer, write to support@luvira.io from the email address on your account; we may ask you to confirm your identity, and an authorized agent may act for you with your written permission. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. For information a salon or studio holds about you as its client, contact that business (see above).

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage only to sign you in, keep your session secure, remember your language and display choices, and remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on luvira.io.

Children

Luvira is a service for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. A business that books appointments for a minor is responsible for any consent the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell businesses using Luvira by email before the change takes effect and update the date above.
