Before and after photoskept private, in the right record

Treatment photos show where a client started and what changed — for brows, skin, lashes or color. They also contain her face. Luvira keeps them in the client record, in a private store that only your team can open, and asks for photo consent before you take them. Public use always needs a separate permission.

How photos work

Document every treatment without the camera roll

From consent to comparison.

01

Ask for consent

The photo consent explains what the photos are for and who can see them.

  • Signed digitally
  • Public use asked separately
  • Withdrawal for the future
02

Take the photos

Before and after, added to the treatment in the client record.

  • On phone or tablet
  • Linked to the visit
  • No shared camera roll
03

Compare later

Open the record at the next visit and see how the result has healed or changed.

  • Only your team
  • Short-lived links
  • Deleted with the record

Private by design

Website images live in a public store — fine for your portfolio, wrong for a client’s face after a treatment. Treatment photos in Luvira go to a separate, non-public store. The file itself is never public; signed-in team members get a short-lived link, and only for photos that belong to their own account.

Where photos help most

Permanent makeup looks darker on day one than after healing. Skin changes slowly over a series of peels. A lash set shows the mapping you used. In each case, a photo next to today’s result answers questions that memory can’t.

  • PMU healing and touch-ups
  • Skin progress over a series
  • Lash styles and color results

What it doesn’t do

  • No public before-and-after gallery — publishing photos is a separate decision and a separate consent.
  • No photo editing or side-by-side collage tool.

Questions about before & after photos

Only signed-in members of your team. Photos are stored privately and handed out through short-lived links.

Only with a separate, explicit permission from the client. The included photo consent covers keeping photos in the record, not public use.

They are deleted together with the client record after the retention period of three years.

Ask for it before you take them. Luvira includes a photo consent template that the client signs digitally; it is a template, not legal advice.
