PMU booking softwarefor brows, liner and lips
Permanent makeup is not a quick appointment. There is a consultation, the treatment itself, a touch-up a few weeks later, and a client who has to agree in writing that pigment is hard to remove. Luvira keeps that whole path in one place: online booking for each step, the PMU consent signed before treatment, and photos of how the skin healed.
Permanent work needs a careful process
PMU artists lose time — and sometimes peace of mind — in these places.
Who can’t be treated?
“Is she on blood thinners?”
Pregnancy, blood thinners, poor wound healing, keloids — you need to know before the appointment, not on the bed.
Touch-ups slip
“Did she book her touch-up?”
The touch-up is part of the result. If it isn’t booked, the brows heal patchy and the client blames the work.
The good news?
One record from consultation to touch-up — signed, dated, with photos.
“It looked darker”
“What did it look like on day one?”
Pigment looks darker first and lighter after healing. Without photos, every conversation is memory against memory.
Consent on paper
“Where is her signed form?”
Paper consent forms get lost, smudged or never filed. For permanent work, you want them findable.

What Luvira does for pmu & microblading
Each feature has its own page with the details — and what it does not do.
PMU consent before the needle
The template covers the procedure, healing, contra-indications and the limits of removal. Clients sign digitally.
Intake & consent formsHealing documented
Day-one and healed photos side by side in the client record — stored privately, not in a public gallery.
Before & after photosConsult, session, touch-up
Each step is its own bookable service with its own length, so a two-hour microblading session is blocked in full.
Online bookingTouch-ups that happen
Book the touch-up at the first session; Luvira emails the reminder before the appointment.
Appointment remindersConsent that matches permanent work
Luvira includes a permanent makeup consent written for US studios. It explains how pigment is placed, how it heals, the possible reactions, who should not be treated — pregnancy, blood thinners, poor wound healing, a tendency to keloids, recent peels or tanning — and that removal takes effort and is not always complete.
A separate photo consent asks whether you may keep treatment photos in the record, and it says plainly that any public use needs a second, explicit permission. Both are templates, not legal advice: state rules for permanent makeup differ, so check them against yours.
Photos that settle the “darker” conversation
Fresh brows look darker and sharper than healed ones. When a client worries a week later, a photo from day one next to the healed result explains more than any message. In Luvira, those photos sit in the client’s record, behind your login — not in your phone’s camera roll next to your vacation pictures.
A booking menu for the whole process
Set up consultations, first sessions and touch-ups as separate services. Use the description to explain what each includes and what clients should avoid beforehand. Clients see the real duration and price — or “price on request” if you quote after the consultation.
- Microblading and nano brows
- Powder and combo brows
- Eyeliner and lip blush
- Color boosts and touch-ups
Consent templates are general templates, not legal advice. Permanent makeup rules — licensing, health department requirements, minimum age — differ by state. Check the forms against your state rules before using them.
