Appointment remindersthat go out on their own
A client who forgets is an empty chair you can’t fill at short notice. Luvira sends every client a confirmation email when she books and a reminder before the appointment — 48 hours ahead by default, or whenever you choose. A reminder two days before still gives her the chance to cancel in time, right from the email, so you can still fill the slot.

Why the day before works
A reminder that arrives a day ahead is early enough for a client to move the appointment and late enough that she still remembers. A cancellation the day before is a slot you can give to someone else; a no-show is time you lose.
If your services are long or booked weeks in advance — like lash fills or color — you can move the reminder further ahead.
Careful by design
A reminder for an appointment that was cancelled is worse than no reminder at all. Luvira checks each appointment before sending: only scheduled and confirmed appointments with an email address get one, and only once.
What it doesn’t do
- Email only — text-message reminders are not available yet.
- No two-way messaging: clients reply to you by email or phone.
- No automatic no-show fee.
