The formula
The cost of a service is the product you use plus the time it takes, valued at your hourly pay and your overhead per hour. Your margin comes on top of that cost: the price is the cost divided by one minus the margin. That way the margin is a share of the price, which is how you will see it in your numbers later.

Working out overhead per hour
Add up your monthly fixed costs and divide by the hours you are actually booked in a month, not the hours you are open. An empty hour still costs rent, so a studio that is half booked carries twice the overhead per booked hour.
