Nail salon booking softwarefor every tech at the table

A gel manicure, a full acrylic set and a fill each take a different amount of time — and every tech at your tables has her own book. Luvira gives each nail tech her own calendar, lets clients book the exact service online and sends the confirmation and reminder by email, so the front of your salon isn’t a phone line.

Walk-ins, calls and DMs at the same time

Nail salons run on tight schedules. These are the spots where the day slips.

01

Wrong service, wrong time

“She said “nails” — gel or a full set?”

45 minbooked for a 90-min set

If the booking doesn’t say exactly which service, the next client waits.

02

Who’s free at 3?

“Is Lisa still at lunch?”

One bookfor four techs

A shared paper book or group chat makes it hard to see who actually has the next opening.

The good news?

One calendar per tech, one link for your clients — the salon runs smoother.

03

Lifting, booked too late

“Why didn’t she come in sooner?”

3+ weeksand the set is lifting

Lifted product invites moisture underneath. Clients should come in early — if booking is easy.

04

After-hours requests

“Can I book for Saturday?”

11 pmand nobody answers

Clients plan nail appointments in the evening. If they can’t book then, they book elsewhere.

How it works

Set up your tables in an afternoon

Your menu, your team, your hours — then clients book themselves.

01

Add your nail menu

Gel polish, gel-X, acrylic sets, fills, dip powder, pedicures and removals — each with its own duration and price.

  • Categories for hands and feet
  • Prices or “on request”
  • Buffer time for cleanup
02

Invite your nail techs

Every tech gets her own calendar, working hours and time off.

  • Up to five people on Studio
  • Up to 25 people on Salon
  • Clients can pick a tech or anyone available
03

Let clients book

Share your booking link or put booking on your own salon website.

  • Email confirmation for every booking
  • Reminder the day before
  • New bookings show up in the right calendar

Built around the nail tech’s day

In a nail salon every service has a different length, and the gaps between them matter. Luvira blocks exactly the time a service needs and can add buffer time after it, so a 90-minute acrylic set never gets squeezed into a 45-minute slot.

Each tech sets her own working hours and time off. Clients can pick their favorite tech or choose “anyone available” and see the earliest opening across the team.

Hands and feet, one menu

Group your menu into categories — manicures, enhancements, pedicures, nail art, removals — so clients find what they want quickly on their phone. Each service shows its duration and price, or “price on request” for custom art.

  • Gel polish and gel-X
  • Acrylic and dip powder sets and fills
  • Pedicures, removals and nail art

Clients and their history

The client record shows every past visit, the service, the tech and your notes — the shape and length she likes, the color code, or a reaction she mentioned. When a regular books again, the next tech knows what she had last time.

Your client list belongs to you. Luvira does not sell it and does not list your salon on a marketplace where clients are shown competitors.

Yes. Clients can pick a person or choose “anyone available” to see the earliest open time across your team.

You can add walk-ins to the calendar yourself so the time is blocked for online bookings. Luvira has no separate walk-in queue or waitlist.

No. Luvira does not include a card reader or point of sale. You keep the payment setup you already use.

No. Clients book in the browser on their phone or computer through your booking link or your salon website.

Yes. The nail service consent template explains the process, the rare but possibly permanent acrylate allergy, when you won’t treat, and aftercare. It is a template, not legal advice.
