Build your price list

Services and durations come from Luvira’s US service templates. Every price field starts empty — replace, delete and add lines until the list matches your menu.

Switching replaces the list below.

Prices are blank on purpose — type your own. A number becomes “$85”; anything else (“85+”, “per unit”) stays as you write it.

What a price list has to answer

A client reading your price list wants three things: what the service is, how long it takes and what it costs. Everything else — the story behind the brand, the products you use — belongs on your website, not on the list.

Durations matter more than most owners expect. A client who sees the length next to a facial plans her lunch break around it, and a client booking online needs that time to pick a slot.

  • Service names in plain words
  • A duration next to each service
  • One price, or a clear starting price
  • Short notes on what changes the price

Price list or service menu?

This page builds the list itself: a sheet you print, frame or post. Choosing categories, naming services and deciding what belongs on the menu at all is a separate job, covered step by step in our guide to creating a service menu. If you still need to work out what a service should cost, the service price calculator turns time, product and overhead into a number.

From paper to online booking

A printed list stops working the moment clients book from their phones. In Luvira every service carries its own duration and price, and your booking page shows them exactly as you entered them. The service lists on this page are the starting templates Luvira offers under “Choose a template” — there with suggested prices you overwrite.

Service names and durations are starting points, not a recommendation for your menu. Sales tax on services differs by state.

About price lists

Because prices depend on your city, your experience and your costs, and a number copied from someone else’s list is a guess. The service price calculator works your price out from time and costs instead.

Yes. Rename, delete or add any line and any category. The list is yours for as long as the page is open.

Press “Print price list”. Your browser opens its print dialog with only the list on the page; choose “Save as PDF” there if you want a file instead of paper.

No. It stays in this browser tab and is gone when you close it, so print it or copy the text first.

Clients usually want to see a price before they book. Where a price really depends on the person — hair length, the number of units — show a starting price and say what changes it.
