Lash price list templatewith fills listed by week
Lash menus confuse clients in one place more than any other: the fill. This template starts with classic, hybrid and volume sets, fills split by how many weeks have passed, lifts, tints and brows — you add the prices.
Lash extensions: your price list
Starting list: the US lash studio template without its prices. Change the fill weeks to the windows you actually work with.

- Another artist’s extensions are removed or booked as a full set, not filled.
Why fills need their own lines
Clients compare your full-set price with the studio down the road, but they pay for fills far more often. A single line that just says “Fill” invites the question at checkout: is three and a half weeks still a fill? Listing fills by the number of weeks since the last set answers it before anyone asks.
The same goes for foreign work. Plenty of lash artists won’t fill another artist’s extensions without seeing them first, so say on the list how you handle them.
Order the menu the way clients choose
New clients decide on a look first — classic, hybrid or volume — and only then compare prices. Put full sets at the top, fills right below them in the same order, then removal, and give lifts, tints and brow work a block of their own so they don’t get lost between set styles.
- Full sets by style
- Fills by weeks since the last visit
- Removal as its own service
- Lift, tint and brows in a separate block
Service names and durations are starting points, not a recommendation for your menu. Sales tax on services differs by state.

About price lists for lash extensions
Every set style you offer, fills by time since the last appointment, removal, and any lift, tint or brow services. A duration next to each line helps clients plan and helps you book the right length of appointment.
Start from your own time and product per set rather than from a competitor’s menu. Our guide on pricing lash extensions walks through it, and the service price calculator does the math.
That is the usual logic, because an earlier fill takes less time. If your fills take about the same time either way, one fill price with a clear time limit is simpler to keep.
Yes. Each fill window can be its own service with its own duration and price, and clients choose it on your booking page. Luvira does not check how many weeks have passed — that rule lives in your policy.
