Microblading and PMU price listwith touch-ups spelled out
Permanent makeup is priced as a process, not a single visit: consultation and patch test, the procedure, a touch-up weeks later and a refresh after a year or more. This template lists each step, so clients see the whole cost of a result before they book.

Is the touch-up included?
The most useful line on a PMU price list says whether the first touch-up is included in the procedure price or charged separately. Both models exist; what causes complaints is not saying which one you use.
Add the time limit too. A touch-up after the window becomes a color refresh, at a different price.
Consultation, procedure, refresh
First-time microblading clients rarely know that there is a consultation, a patch test and a healing period. A price list in steps — consultation, procedure, touch-up, annual refresh — reads like a plan and filters out clients who expected a single visit.
- Consultation and patch test
- Procedure per area
- Touch-up with a time limit
- Annual color refresh
Service names and durations are starting points, not a recommendation for your menu. Sales tax on services differs by state.

About price lists for microblading & pmu
Many artists include one touch-up within a set number of weeks; others charge for it. Either works when the list says so and gives the time limit.
