Massage price listpriced by time on the table

Massage clients buy time. A list that says sixty or ninety minutes has to say whether that is time on the table or the whole visit, and whether deep tissue costs more. This template starts with sessions by length, specialty massage and short add-ons.

Massage: your price list

Starting list: the US massage and spa template, no prices. Match the session lengths to the ones you actually offer.

Prices are blank on purpose — type your own. A number becomes “$85”; anything else (“85+”, “per unit”) stays as you write it.

Table time or appointment time

Two studios can both sell a one-hour massage and mean different things: one counts sixty minutes on the table, the other counts the whole visit including intake and dressing. Say which one you mean on the list. It heads off a complaint every therapist has heard — “that felt short”.

For your calendar, the booked time should include turnover. If a one-hour session blocks seventy-five minutes in your book, that is the duration to use for online booking.

Specialty massage and add-ons

Deep tissue, sports and hot stone often take more effort or setup than a relaxation massage. If you charge more for them, list them as their own services; if not, say that the technique is chosen at intake. Short add-ons such as scalp or foot work fit at the end with their extra minutes.

Service names and durations are starting points, not a recommendation for your menu. Sales tax on services differs by state.

About price lists for massage

That is up to you, but put it on the list. Clients compare by the number, so a session that includes intake and dressing should say so.

Some therapists charge more because it takes more effort; others price by time only. Either way, list it clearly so the client knows before she books.

Add a line asking new clients to arrive early for the intake form. In Luvira the client signs the form on your device at the start of the visit, and the signature is kept with the client record.

Yes. Each length is its own service with its own duration and price, and clients choose the length when they book.
