Nail salon price listfrom manicure to full set

Nail menus run long because every service has variations: gel or regular polish, full set or fill, short or long. This template starts with manicures, pedicures and enhancements, prices nail art per nail and keeps fills next to the sets they belong to.

Nail salons: your price list

Starting list: the US nail salon template, all prices blank. Add removal and length charges the way you handle them.

Prices are blank on purpose — type your own. A number becomes “$85”; anything else (“85+”, “per unit”) stays as you write it.

Keep sets and fills side by side

Acrylic, gel and dip clients come back every few weeks, so the fill matters as much as the set. Listing the fill directly under the set it belongs to answers the most frequent question at the desk without a word.

If you charge for removing another salon’s product, put it on the list. Clients take a removal charge better when they read it before they sit down.

Add-ons without a wall of text

Nail art, chrome, French and ombré finishes are where a nail menu gets crowded. Price art per nail or per set and keep finishes as a short add-on block. Pedicure upgrades work the same way: one base pedicure, then the extras with their minutes.

  • Enhancements with their fills

  • Removal and repair

Service names and durations are starting points, not a recommendation for your menu. Sales tax on services differs by state.

About price lists for nail salons

Per nail for detailed designs and per set for simple finishes is the clearest split. Show examples on Instagram or your website; the list only needs the price rule.

If length changes your time noticeably, yes — as an add-on by length or as a note that length is priced at the appointment. A hidden surcharge is what causes arguments.

A printed list at the station serves walk-ins; online booking serves everyone else. In Luvira the same services with their durations appear on your booking page, so both lists say the same thing.

Luvira does not take group bookings yet — each guest is booked separately. Put a contact line for parties on your printed list instead.
