Med spa price listper unit, per syringe, per session
Med spa prices come in different units: neurotoxin by the unit, filler by the syringe, skin treatments by the session. A list that mixes them without saying so looks cheaper or pricier than it is. This template labels every line with its unit.

Say what the price is for
A neurotoxin price without “per unit” and a filler price without “per syringe” lead to the worst kind of surprise in a med spa: at the consultation, in front of the client. Put the unit in the line itself, not in a footnote, and let the consultation decide the amount.
Keep treatment names generic on public lists. Brand names of products belong in the consultation and the chart, and advertising rules for prescription products can be strict.
Consultation first, then price
Many treatments on a med spa menu can’t be priced before a provider has seen the client. List the consultation as its own line, say whether it is credited toward a treatment, and give a starting price only where a starting price is honest.

Template, not medical or legal advice. Who may perform and advertise each treatment is set by your state.

About price lists for med spas
You can publish the unit price for neurotoxin and the price per syringe for filler and say that the total is set at the consultation. For treatments without a fixed price, “priced at consultation” is clearer than leaving the line out.
Check the advertising rules that apply to you first. Generic names such as neurotoxin or hyaluronic acid filler avoid the question, and the product can be named during the consultation.
No. It is a layout for prices. Treatment names, who may perform them and how they may be advertised are set by your state and your medical director.
No. Luvira handles bookings, client records, signed consent forms and treatment photos, but it is not an electronic health record and makes no HIPAA claim.
