Massage booking softwarewith time to reset the room
In a massage session your hands are on the client and your phone is in a drawer — which is right. Bookings still need to happen. Luvira lets clients book 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions online, blocks turnover time after each one, collects the intake before the session and sends the reminder by email.
You can’t answer the phone mid-session
The places where a massage practice loses bookings and time.
Missed calls
“Who called during my 2 o’clock?”
Sessions run an hour or longer. Callers who hit voicemail often book the next practice they find.
Back-to-back sessions
“When do I change the sheets?”
Without turnover time in the schedule, every session starts late and the day never catches up.
The good news?
Clients book themselves, the room gets its reset — and you stay with your client.
Health questions
“Any injuries or conditions I should know about?”
Fresh injuries, pregnancy, circulation issues — better to know before the session starts.
Regulars who drift
“When did he last come in?”
Regular clients drift away when rebooking is a phone call. Easy online booking keeps them coming back.

What Luvira does for massage therapists
Each feature has its own page with the details — and what it does not do.
Session lengths and turnover
Each session blocks its length plus the buffer you set, so the next client never waits while you change the table.
Online bookingMassage intake and consent
The template explains what massage is and isn’t, possible reactions and when not to massage — signed before the session.
Intake & consent formsCalls answered during sessions
The AI phone assistant (add-on) answers, asks what the caller needs and leaves you the request and callback number.
AI phone assistantReminders for every session
Clients get a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the appointment, by email.
Appointment remindersTurnover time is part of the booking
A 60-minute massage is never just 60 minutes. You need time to talk, to change linens and to reset the room. In Luvira you set a buffer after appointments, and online bookings respect it. The client books “60 minutes”, your calendar blocks what you really need.
You can also set a minimum notice, so nobody books a session for ten minutes from now, and decide how far ahead clients may book.
Intake that is ready before the session
The massage consent template explains that massage is for relaxation and well-being and does not replace medical or physical therapy treatment. It lists possible reactions and the situations in which you won’t massage — fever, acute inflammation, fresh injuries, blood clots — and asks clients to mention pregnancy or heart and circulation conditions beforehand.
Together with the health questionnaire it is signed digitally and stored with the client’s record.
Solo practice or a team
Working alone? The free plan covers one bookable person. In a studio with several therapists, everyone has their own calendar, hours and time off, and clients can pick their therapist or the earliest opening.
Intake and consent templates are general templates, not legal or medical advice. Massage licensing rules differ by state.
