Your policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We reserve time and prepare for every appointment. To keep our schedule fair for every client, please read this policy before you book.
Cancelling or rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made later than that are charged 50% of the booked service price.
No-shows If you miss your appointment without letting us know, we charge the full price of the booked service. After two missed appointments, we may no longer accept online bookings from you.
Running late We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If you arrive later, we may need to shorten your service or treat it as a missed appointment.
Exceptions Emergencies happen. If something serious comes up, contact us as soon as you can — we may waive the fee. If we close because of severe weather, there is no fee.
How fees are paid Any fee is added to your next appointment and needs to be paid before we can book you again.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this policy.

What every cancellation policy needs
A policy that works is short and specific. It says how much notice you need, what happens inside that window, what a no-show costs, how late is too late, and when you make an exception. Vague rules (“please give us plenty of notice”) lead to arguments; numbers do not.
- A notice window in hours
- A late-cancellation fee and a no-show fee, as an amount or a share of the price
- A late-arrival rule
- Exceptions you are willing to make
- How a fee is paid
Make it fair, then make it visible
Clients accept a fee more easily when they saw the rule before booking and when emergencies are treated kindly. Post the policy on your booking page, repeat the notice window in your reminders, and apply it the same way for everyone.
In Luvira, the notice window lives in your booking rules, and every reminder email tells the client until when she can cancel free of charge. Fees are collected outside Luvira for now — it does not process payments or deposits in the US version yet.
Template, not legal advice. Consumer and fee rules differ by state; review the policy before you enforce it.

About cancellation and no-show policies
There is no single standard. Many salons charge part of the service price for late cancellations and more for no-shows. Pick an amount that covers the lost time without scaring off regulars.
Generally, a fee the client agreed to in advance is common practice in the US, but consumer rules differ by state. If you are unsure, have the policy reviewed before you enforce it.
Post it on your booking page, mention it when confirming appointments, and give regulars a heads-up a few weeks before it applies.
No. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent or stored. Copy the text before you leave the page.
Not yet. Luvira does not process payments or deposits in the US version. It takes online bookings and sends reminder emails that state your free-cancellation window.
