Esthetician softwarefor booking, intake and skin notes
An esthetician needs more than a calendar. Before a peel you want to know about medications and sensitivities, after a facial you want to remember which products her skin liked. Luvira puts it together: clients book online, fill in the health questions and sign the skin care consent before treatment, and every visit keeps your notes and photos.
Good skin care starts before the treatment
Where esthetics practices lose time and information.
Intake on a clipboard
“Is she taking anything for her skin?”
Clipboard forms eat the first ten minutes and get filed — or not. The important answer is easy to miss.
Medications that matter
“Did anyone ask about isotretinoin?”
Some medications rule out peels and extractions. Finding out on the bed costs you the slot.
The good news?
Intake, consent and notes in one record — before she reaches your bed.
Progress you can’t see
“Is her skin really better than in spring?”
Skin changes slowly. Without photos from earlier visits, progress is a feeling, not something you can show.
Rebooking the series
“When was her last peel?”
Series treatments only work if clients come back on time. That depends on easy booking and a reminder.

What Luvira does for estheticians
Each feature has its own page with the details — and what it does not do.
Skin intake that is signed
Health questions plus a skin care consent covering reactions, contra-indications and aftercare — filled in before treatment.
Intake & consent formsSkin progress over time
Photos from each visit in the client record make change visible — for you and for her.
Before & after photosFacials booked online
Clients pick the treatment and an open time; the full treatment time plus your buffer is blocked.
Online bookingSeries that stay on track
Email reminders before each appointment help clients keep the rhythm of a peel or facial series.
Appointment remindersIntake before the appointment, not at the door
The health questionnaire asks about medical conditions, allergies and sensitivities, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, skin conditions and previous treatments. The skin care consent explains cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and active ingredients, the reactions she may notice, and when you won’t treat — for example with an active infection, an open cold sore or after certain medications.
Clients sign on their phone or on a tablet in your studio. The signed form is stored with its exact wording and version, so you can always show what was agreed.
Notes that make the next facial better
Write down the products, the peel strength and how her skin responded. Add a photo. At the next visit — or when a colleague takes over — the record shows what worked and what to avoid.
- Product and ingredient notes
- Reactions and sensitivities
- Photos stored privately with the record
Made for solo estheticians and small studios
Many estheticians work alone, in a suite or a shared studio. The free plan covers one bookable person with booking, reminders, client records and forms. When you add a second esthetician or a waxing specialist, the Studio plan gives each person their own calendar.
Consent and intake templates are general templates, not legal or medical advice. Esthetics licensing and scope of practice differ by state — check the forms against your state rules before you use them.
