Booking for mobile estheticianswith travel in the plan

When you bring the treatment to the client, every appointment has a drive before it and a setup around it. A booking tool built for a fixed room squeezes clients back to back as if you could teleport. Luvira lets you build travel and setup into each service and collect the address at booking — and it is honest about what it doesn’t plan for you.

Travel as bufferAddress at bookingIntake on her phone

The esthetician page is about a treatment room clients come to. Working mobile changes the day: travel between clients, setup and packing at every address, a service area, and safety when you enter someone’s home. Esthetician Software for Booking & Intake

Sound familiar?

Your room has wheels. Your calendar doesn’t know.

Mobile work fails when the calendar forgets the road.

01

Back-to-back across town

“How do I get there in ten minutes?”

No travel timelate all day

A calendar that books the next client right after the last one ignores the drive, the parking and the stairs.

02

Address by message

“What was the apartment number?”

Lost in chatwrong door

The address, the gate code and the parking hint sit somewhere in a long message thread.

The good news?

Travel, setup and the address belong to the booking — not to your memory.

03

Setup and teardown

“Where can I set up the bed?”

Unpaid timeevery visit

Unpacking, setting up and packing again take real time that never appears in a fixed-room schedule.

04

Intake on the doorstep

“Any new medications?”

Paper formin the car

Paper intake forms in a mobile kit get creased, lost or left in the car.

How it works

From her address to her living room

Build the road into your services once; then clients book what really fits.

01

Add travel and setup to services

Give each service a buffer before and after for driving, setup and packing.

  • Buffer before and after
  • Durations per treatment
  • Minimum notice for planning
02

Collect the address at booking

Make the booking note required and ask for the address, access and parking in the service description.

  • Phone number required by default
  • Address in the booking note
  • Email confirmation
03

Intake on her phone

New clients answer the intake questions and sign the consent on their own phone before you arrive.

  • No paper in the car
  • Signature with the record
  • Reminder the day before

Travel time, the practical way

Luvira doesn’t know where your clients live, so it can’t calculate the drive between them. What it can do is keep a fixed buffer before and after each appointment. Set it to the typical drive in your service area plus setup and packing, and the calendar never books two clients closer together than you can actually work.

If your service area is large, a longer minimum notice helps too: clients can’t book the afternoon slot an hour before, when you are already on the other side of town.

The address and your safety

Make the booking note required and say in your service descriptions what you need: full address, apartment number, gate code, parking, and where you can set up. The client record keeps it for the next visit, together with your notes on her skin.

For first-time clients, many mobile estheticians call briefly before confirming. Turning on confirmation for online bookings lets you do that: requests come in, and become final when you confirm them.

What Luvira doesn’t do for mobile estheticians

  • No travel time between addresses, route planning or map.
  • No service-area check — clients outside your area can still request a booking.
  • The address is a booking note, not a separate field with validation.
