The calendar shows one week. Online bookings land there by themselves; phone and walk-in appointments you add by hand in a few taps.
Where to find itOverviewCalendar
Add an appointment
Pick a slot
Click an empty slot in the week, or select “New appointment” at the top.
Choose the client
Under “Customer” pick an existing client. For someone new, type the name with email and phone, and use “Save as new customer” so the next visit finds them.
Add the details
Choose the service and the person (“Team member”), then date, time and “Duration (min)”. A note is optional.
Save
If the person already has an appointment at that time, Luvira shows “Scheduling conflict” instead of saving a double booking.
Move, confirm, complete
Drag an appointment to another slot to move it. Open it to change anything else.
- “Scheduled” — booked, not yet confirmed (requests from online booking start here when you require confirmation).
- “Confirmed” — you accepted it.
- “In progress” and “Completed” — the day’s work.
- “No-show” — the client didn’t come. The appointment stays on record and gets no reminder.
- “Cancelled” — the slot is free again for online booking.
Delete removes the appointment completely; use “Cancelled” instead if you want to keep a trace.
Find your way in the week
“Today” jumps back to the current week, the arrows page forward and back. Saved appointments with a client attached also show “Document treatment”, which opens the treatment record for that visit.
