Add servicesand prices
Your service menu is what clients pick from when they book. Each service needs a name and a duration; the price is optional and shows as “on request” when you leave it empty.
Where to find itServicesTreatments
Add a service
Open your menu
In the sidebar choose Services → Treatments and select “New service”.
Name it
Type the name the client should see. Once you pick a category, Luvira shows matching suggestions under the field — tap one to use it.
Set duration and price
“Duration (min)” decides how much time the booking blocks. Leave “Price” empty for “on request”.
Choose who does it
Tick the people who offer this service. If you tick nobody, every bookable person can take it.
Save
The service appears in its category straight away, both here and in the booking section of your website.
Categories, order and colors
“Category” creates a group such as Lashes, Brows or Facials and keeps a long menu readable for you and your team. Drag the handle next to a service or a category to change the order. The color fills the service’s appointments in your calendar.
The optional “Description” shows under the name when a client chooses. One or two sentences about what is included work better than a long text.
Start from a template
“Template” opens catalogs for lash studios, skin care, aesthetic medicine, nail salons, hair salons, massage and permanent make-up. Each one adds categories and services with typical durations and suggested prices. Services you already have are kept, so applying a template never deletes anything.
Import and export a list
“Import” reads a CSV file. The only required column is “name”; Luvira also understands “category”, “duration” and “price”. A row with an unreadable duration gets 60 minutes, a row with an unreadable price becomes “on request”, and a summary lists every row it adjusted.
“Export” writes the same columns in the format of your country — for a US salon with English headings and a dot as the decimal mark (45.00) — so the file opens cleanly in a spreadsheet and imports back into Luvira.
Materials
The switch “Mark as material” turns an entry into a consumable with cost, unit and supplier. The filter at the top of the page shows services and materials separately.
Materials are never offered in online booking; clients only see services.
Common questions
Add services and prices
Yes, next to each service in the booking section and in their confirmation email. A service without a price shows “on request” in both places.
Not in the service menu itself — the price field holds one number. If your price depends on length or density, leave the field empty so it shows “on request”, and explain the range in the description.
Not yet. Every service in the menu is offered online. Delete services you no longer offer instead of keeping them for reference.
