Set up your salonin five steps
The setup runs once, right after sign-up. It asks for the basics, builds a first website and fills your service menu from your specialty — so you start with something to edit, not an empty screen.
The five steps
A progress bar at the top shows where you are: “Company”, “Website”, “Look”, “Team” and finally the launch screen. “Back” and “Next” move between them; “Skip” leaves an optional step empty.
Company
Under “Your specialty” choose lash studio, esthetics & skin care, med spa, nail salon, hair salon & barber, massage & spa or permanent makeup. Then name the salon, pick the web address (only a name, such as rosebrows) and add street, city, phone and email.
Website
If you already have a site, paste its address and select “Analyze”; Luvira offers to take over colors, logo, texts and images. No site yet? Leave the field empty and continue — the website is built from your answers.
Look
Pick a style for your workspace — the screens you see after signing in. The website itself is designed later in the editor.
Team
Under “Who will be working with you?” add a name and email address per person. Each one gets an invitation and sets their own password. You can skip this and invite people later.
Launch
The last screen, “Your salon is ready.”, sums up your choices. Select “Let’s go” to open your dashboard.
What the setup creates for you
- A service menu for your specialty with typical services, durations and suggested prices — change or delete anything under Services → Treatments.
- A first website at yourname.luvira.io with a booking section, a contact page and a privacy policy prefilled with your business details.
- Your account at the web address you chose; it also appears in the address of your dashboard.
Leaving the setup early
The link “Skip setup” takes you straight to the website editor. You can come back to the details any time — the company data lives under Settings → Company details, the services under Treatments, the team under Team.
Common questions
Set up your salon
The specialty only chooses the starting service menu and the starting texts. To switch, apply another catalog under Treatments → Template; your existing services are kept, so delete the ones you no longer offer.
Yes, but links you have already shared with clients would stop working. Pick it carefully, and connect your own domain later if you want a different address on your website.
No. They are editable starting values so the menu is not empty. Set your own prices before you share the booking link.
