Change theapp language

Luvira’s screens come in English and German. Each person picks their own interface language; it changes menus and buttons, not the things you have typed in.

Getting startedStep by stepChecked against the app

Where to find itAdministrationSettingsPreferences

Switch the language

  1. Open your preferences

In the sidebar choose Settings, then “Preferences” in the list on the left.

  2. Pick the language

In the “Language” card choose English or German. The screens switch right away.

The choice belongs to you, not to the salon. A colleague can work in German while you work in English on the same account.

What changes and what doesn’t

The card says it plainly: “Applies to menus and buttons. Content stored in your account is not translated.”

  • Changes: menus, buttons, field names, messages in the app.
  • Stays as typed: your service names, client notes, treatment records and website texts.
  • Stays with the salon: the language of your website and of the confirmation and reminder emails your clients receive.
Known limitationOne screen is not translated yet: the settings of the AI phone assistant are still in German. We list it as an open item rather than hide it.

Common questions

Change the app language

Not for Luvira yet. The app offers English and German.

Yes. The sign-up form has an “Interface language” choice, and you can change it again in Preferences.

The website follows the market of your salon, not the language of your login, so a client never sees the language a staff member happens to prefer.
