Find your wayaround Luvira
The sidebar is grouped by what a salon does in a day, not by technical modules. Six groups, each folding open and shut; Luvira remembers per person which ones you keep closed.
The six groups
- Overview — “Dashboard” (what is due today), “Calendar” (the week of appointments) and “Tasks”.
- Clients — “Inquiries” from your website’s forms, “Clients” (your client records), “Email” and “AI phone assistant”.
- Services — “Treatments” (your service menu), “Supplies” (stock of consumables) and “Booking rules”.
- Team — “Team” with two tabs, “Staff” (bookable people and their hours) and “Logins & roles”, plus “Absences”.
- Website & ads — “Website”, “Statistics”, “Ads & Jobs”, “Media library” and “Hosting & domains”.
- Administration — “Invoices”, “Settings” and “Plan & billing”.
Where common tasks live
- Change opening hours: Calendar → “Business hours”.
- Stop or start online booking: Services → Booking rules → “Online booking enabled”.
- Add a bookable person: Team → “Staff” → “Add person”.
- Give someone a login: Team → “Logins & roles” → “Invite”.
- Fix the salon address: Settings → “Company details”.
- Switch the interface language: Settings → “Preferences”.
On your phone
Luvira also works in the browser of your phone. You find the same groups and entries there as on the computer, so a quick look at tomorrow’s calendar between two clients needs no laptop.
Common questions
Find your way around
Your role does not include them. The owner or an admin sees every entry; the other roles see what their work needs. Ask the owner to change your role under Logins & roles.
Yes. Fold it shut once and Luvira keeps it closed for you the next time you sign in, on that login only.
No. Clients book on your website in their browser and never sign in to Luvira.
