Reset yourpassword
If you can’t sign in, request a reset link. It arrives by email, works once and expires after an hour.
Get a new password
Start on the sign-in page
Below the password field select “Forgot password?”.
Request the link
Enter the email address of your login and select “Send reset link”. The page confirms that the email is on its way if an account exists for that address.
Open the email
The subject is “New password for Luvira”. Select “Set new password”. The link is valid for 60 minutes and can be used once.
Choose the new password
Type it under “New password” and again under “Repeat password” — at least 8 characters — then select “Save password”.
Sign in again
After “Password changed” choose “Go to sign in” and use the new password.
If it doesn’t work
- No email after a few minutes: check the spam folder, then request the email again. The page never tells you whether an address is registered — that protects your clients’ privacy as well as yours.
- “Link incomplete” or “Link expired?”: the link was used already or is older than an hour. Select “Request a new link”.
- Invited by your salon and never set a password: use the same “Forgot password?” route — it works for invited team members too.
Common questions
Reset your password
No one can see a password, not even the owner of the salon account. Each person resets their own through the sign-in page.
That is the minimum for new passwords in Luvira. Longer passphrases are welcome and the strength bar shows how solid yours is.
The one you sign in with. If your salon invited you, it is the address the invitation was sent to.
