Invite your teamand choose roles
A login lets a colleague sign in and see their part of the salon. It is separate from being bookable: you can have bookable people without logins, and logins for people who are never booked.
Where to find itTeamTeamLogins & roles
Send an invitation
Open the logins
Choose Team and switch to the tab “Logins & roles”. Select “Invite”.
Enter the person
In “Invite a member” type the email address, optionally the name, and choose a role.
Send
Select “Invite”. The person shows as “Pending” until they have set a password.
The colleague accepts
They get an email from Luvira that names your salon and their role. “Set password” leads to “Welcome to the team”; after “Set password & get started” they are signed in and the status turns “Active”.
An invitation link only works for a limited time. If it has expired, the colleague uses “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page with the invited address.
Which role sees what
- Administrator — everything, including plan, invoices, settings of the business and the website.
- Physician and Practitioner — dashboard, calendar, client records, treatments, tasks and email.
- Reception — dashboard, calendar, inquiries, client records, email and tasks.
- Practice assistant — calendar, tasks and supplies, without client records.
Every role keeps access to its own settings and absences. Change a role by opening the person in the list.
When someone leaves
Open the person under Logins & roles and select “Remove member”. They can no longer sign in to your salon. If they were also bookable, set them to “Not bookable online” under the Staff tab or remove them there as well.
Common questions
Invite your team
The free plan has one login — yours. Studio is made for up to five and Salon for up to 25.
It comes from Luvira, names your salon, the person who invited them and their role, and has one “Set password” button — so it is easy to tell apart from a phishing mail.
No. Each person sets their own password through the invitation, so nobody else knows it.
