Close your accountand delete your data

Closing an account is not a button in the app yet. The account owner sends us one email, and we close the account and delete the data within 30 days.

Account & billingStep by stepChecked against the app

Before you close

  • Cancel a paid plan first under Plan & billing, so nothing renews.
  • Keep what you need: download your service menu with “Export” under Treatments, and note upcoming appointments.
  • Tell your clients where to book from now on — the booking section stops working once the account is closed.

Ask us to close it

  1. Write from the owner’s address

Send an email to support@luvira.io from the email address the account owner signs in with.

  2. Name the account

Include the salon name and its web address (yourname.luvira.io), and say that you want the account closed and the data deleted.

  3. Wait for the confirmation

We reply when the account is closed. If you need a copy of your client list first, ask for it in the same email.

What gets deleted

Within 30 days of closing we delete your data and your clients’ data: client records, appointments, treatment records, consents, photos and the website. Records we must keep by law, such as our invoices to you, are kept for the required time.

Good to knowOnly want to leave a salon you were invited to? You don’t need to write to us — the owner removes your login under Logins & roles.

Close your account

The button doesn’t exist yet. Until it does, an email from the owner’s address is the safest way to make sure only the owner can close the salon’s account.

Yes, and they ask you, the salon. You can delete the client record in the app; signed consents can be withdrawn there as well.

Not once the data is deleted. Within the 30 days, write to support@luvira.io straight away and we check what is still possible.
